چکیده
Two-dimensional magnetic skyrmions are particle-like domains in thin films. The kinetic property of at finite temperature is well described by the Thiele equation, including a stochastic field and mass. This study examines validity constant-mass approximation comparing Fourier spectrum Brownian motions equation Landau–Lifshitz–Gilbert equation. Then, expression diffusion flow derived from four-dimensional Fokker–Planck considering Chandrasekhar's solution for dynamics. Finally, method to observe gyro-diffusion discussed.

FUZZY HV -SUBSTRUCTURES IN A TWO DIMENSIONAL EUCLIDEAN VECTOR SPACE
In this paper, we study fuzzy substructures in connection withHv-structures. The original idea comes from geometry, especially from thetwo dimensional Euclidean vector space. Using parameters, we obtain a largenumber of hyperstructures of the group-like or ring-like types. We connect, also, the mentioned hyperstructures with the theta-operations to obtain morestrict hyperstructures, as Hv-groups...
متن کاملAn Implicit Difference-ADI Method for the Two-dimensional Space-time Fractional Diffusion Equation
Fractional order diffusion equations are generalizations of classical diffusion equations which are used to model in physics, finance, engineering, etc. In this paper we present an implicit difference approximation by using the alternating directions implicit (ADI) approach to solve the two-dimensional space-time fractional diffusion equation (2DSTFDE) on a finite domain. Consistency, unconditi...

Magnetic skyrmions are localized and topologically protected spin configurations, which are of both fundamental and applied interests for future electronics. In this work, we propose a voltage-gated skyrmion transistor within the well-established framework of micromagnetics. Its operating conditions and processes have been theoretically investigated and demonstrated, in which the gate voltage c...
متن کاملMagnetic properties of the Skyrmion gas in two dimensions.
The classical ferromagnet is analyzed in two dimensions via a mean-field treatment of the CP model valid in the limit of low temperature and of weak magnetic field. At high skyrmion densities, we find that the magnetization begins to decrease linearly with temperature, but it then crosses over to a Curie-law at higher temperature. The comparison of these results with recent Knight-shift experim...
